By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 13 or older to use Fetch. By uploading a photo of yourself you confirm you are 13 or older.

Your photos. Photos of you are used to generate your digital avatar. Photos of your clothes are used to generate your wardrobe items. The photos you upload stay private. The avatar and wardrobe images made from them appear in the app: to you, to your friends, and — if your apartment is set to visible, which is the default — to other Fetch users who visit it. You can change that in Settings at any time. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Your content. You own the photos and content you upload. By uploading to Fetch you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content within the app. We do not sell your content or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Acceptable use. You may not use Fetch to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The service. Fetch is provided as-is during beta. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We will do our best to let you know in advance when possible.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Fetch is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use of Fetch after changes means you accept the new terms.
